Current responsibilities
Peter Ladas is currently an Executive Vice President of JLL located out of the New Jersey Metro Park Office. His primary role is representing corporate users on their overall portfolio strategies and complex transactions that aligns their real estate needs with the business enterprise goals. Peter’s responsibilities include transactional work in acquisitions and dispositions, agency leasing, portfolio management, strategic planning and new business development.
Experience
Mr. Ladas has been with JLL for over 10 years and a combined 35 years of experience within finance and real estate. Prior to joining JLL, he was with JPMorgan Chase as a Regional Director.
During his career at JLL, Peter has been responsible in sourcing and supporting a multi service agreement as an exclusive service provider for several Fortune 100 and 500 companies for their global portfolio, which includes transactions, facilities and project management, consulting, lease administration and technology.
Peter has transacted over 20M square feet in new business which includes acquisitions and dispositions in life science and medical device manufacturing. He has represented multiple large campus repositioning assignments and facilities that support R&D as well as cGMP manufacturing of OSD, liquids, injectables (WFI systems), DPI/MDI, medical device and API.
In recent work, Peter complied an integrated team of workplace consultants, energy & sustainability, financial engineering, project management, AE specialists that supported a Headquarters strategy assignment that he was awarded, and ultimately led to a successful execution and negotiation of the client’s 160,000 SF Lease.
Education and affiliations
Peter received his BS degree in Finance from Rider University and currently a candidate for his Masters in Corporate Real Estate (MCR) through CoreNet and Certification program within Commercial Real Estate and Global Markets at New York University. He is a member of New Jersey Biotechnology Council, Health Care Institute of NJ, CoreNet and New Jersey Association of Realtors.
