Executive Vice President
Peter Ladas is Senior Vice President of JLL located out of the Metro Park and Parsippany offices, leading the execution of both portfolio strategies and complex transactions for clients seeking to align their real estate needs with the goals of the business enterprise. Peter’s responsibilities includes transactions in acquisitions and dispositions, agency leasing, account and portfolio management, strategic planning and new business development.
Peter has over 33 years of combined experience within Insurance, new construction lending and real estate. He joined JLL in 2011. Prior to joining JLL, he was Regional Director of Construction lending for JPMorgan Chase.
Peter and team have been responsible in sourcing and supporting a multi-service agreement as a preferred service provider for Time Warner and Becton Dickinson, which included global transactions, facilities management, lease administration and technology accounting systems. Additionally, Peter and team were responsible in sourcing and supporting global consulting agreement to provide a portfolio assessment and optimization strategy that supported Becton Dickinson’s M&A activity of CareFusion. He was the account lead for their North America transactions consisting of about 20 million square feet.
He has experience in both acquisition and disposition services representing over 15M square feet of transactions in large pharmaceutical, and medical device manufacturing campuses representing companies such as Purdue Pharma, Boehringer Ingelheim, Malincrodt and Becton Dickinson. Peter has represented multiple transactions in the life science industry which includes facilities that support R&D and cGMP manufacturing in OSD, liquids, WFI systems, DPI/MDI, medical device and API.
Peter recently completed a 200,000 SF HQ strategy which incorporated an integrated team of workplace strategy, energy & sustainability, financial analytics, project management, engineering services and transaction management.
Education and affiliations
Peter received his BS degree in Finance from Rider University and currently a candidate for his Masters in Corporate Real Estate (MCR) through CoreNet and Certification program within Commercial Real Estate and Global Markets at New York University. He is a member of New Jersey Biotechnology Council, Health Care Institute of NJ, CoreNet and New Jersey Association of Realtors.
