Current Responsibilities:

Pete Cecora specializes in representing tenants, buyers, sellers and landlords in the disposition, acquisition, development, and leasing of industrial real estate. He has experience advising clients on site selection, consulting on current real estate assets and assisting industrial real estate users and investors with development and investment strategies. Since joining JLL in 2018, Pete has executed over 140 transactions aggregating to more than $250M in deal volume. Pete has been recognized as one of JLL’s Top Achievers since joining the firm.

Experience:

Pete Cecora leverages his years of corporate real estate experience having worked at Citigroup within its Global Real Estate Strategy & Analytics Team. Pete was responsible for acquisitions, dispositions and asset management of the firm’s real estate strategy which consisted of a portfolio in excess of 60M square feet. Pete has experience transacting across multiple asset classes both domestically and internationally.

Education and Affiliations:

Pete graduated from the University of Tampa’s Sykes College of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting. He received the SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, which is only granted to the most established brokers in the world.
