Career summary
Paul is a Senior Managing Director in the Miami office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate financing and sales on behalf of institutional and entrepreneurial clients. Paul is primarily responsible for commercial property debt transactions in the Southeast U.S. Throughout his career with HFF, he has completed in excess of $10 billion in commercial real estate transactions, consisting of office, retail, multi-housing, hospitality and industrial properties.
Paul joined HFF in 1995. He began his career with LJ Hooker International as a Commercial Investment Sales Broker in 1987 while specializing in multi-housing and retail property sales in the State of Florida. Subsequent to this, he provided appraisal services while with a Tampa-based commercial real estate appraisal firm and during that time, he completed all required MAI coursework.
