Career Summary
Paul joined JLL in 2014 as a Senior Vice President of JLL’s Capital Markets group and recently received the accreditation of National Director. Prior to joining JLL, Paul was a member of the capital markets group at Cassidy Turley in Washington, DC. Paul has 15 years of capital markets experience and has completed over $10 billion in financing transactions nationally. Paul has worked on some of the most complex capital markets transactions during this investment cycle and in 2013 was awarded the GWCAR finance transaction of the year in both Maryland and Virginia and in 2014 for Washington, DC.
Paul graduated from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with honors and received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Political Science, he was also a member of the Men’s Lacrosse Team where he was an All American and team captain.
