Paul began his career in the New York City commercial real estate market in 1983 in the Downtown office of CB Commercial, joined Colliers ABR in 1987, becoming a Principal of the firm in 1991. Over his career in commercial real estate, Paul has become known for successfully tackling complicated leasing and investment sales projects involving corporate, institutional and public sector clients.
