Current Responsibilities
Paul Hanna is responsible for leading clients towards the optimization of their business goals through smart real estate decisions.  Skilled at strategic planning, analytical evaluation, site selection and contract negotiation, Mr. Hanna has spearheaded transactions for international and local clients – from leases to more complex sales, acquisitions and sale/leasebacks.  A comprehensive understanding of the macro and micro site selection process ensures that clients make decisions which best impact the bottom line.  As Mr. Hanna capitalizes on his years of experience in complex transactions, including 1031 Exchanges, he enables his clients to make informed decisions and forges business deals which meet and exceed high expectations. 
Experience
Mr. Hanna first earned his real estate license in 1984 and has been working in the commercial real estate arena on a full time basis since 1997. While all of his clients are of great importance, some more notable ones include: Delta Air Lines, BlueCross BlueShield, UNUM Insurance, Fujitsu Corporation, The Gannett Company (WXIA), Colonial Pipeline, Borland Software, American Red Cross, and the National Arthritis Foundation. 
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Hanna worked as President of Leasing Consultants, LLC; President of Hanna Development, Inc.; Vice President of Skelton Development, LLC; and President of The Entertainer Savings Book. His experience as a developer and building owner provide Mr. Hanna insights that benefit his clients.
Mr. Hanna is responsible for over $250,000,000 in real estate transactions.
Education and Affiliations
Mr. Hanna has a bachelor of business administration degree from the University of Georgia, graduating Cum Laude. 
Mr. Hanna currently holds Real Estate Licenses in Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee and earned his Broker License in 2010.  He is a member of the Atlanta Commission Board of Realtors, the Georgia CCIM Chapter, The Young Council of Realtors, and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club.
