Paul is a Managing Director with JLL. Paul provides his clients with fully-integrated commercial real estate services including: structuring and negotiating commercial leases, developing comprehensive and strategic real estate plans, assisting with the acquisition and disposition of owned or leased properties and portfolio/lease administration.
Paul began his career in commercial real estate in 2001 with Cresa. Paul has managed office and industrial real estate projects ranging from 2,000 square feet to 200,000 square feet throughout the world. In addition to local and regional clients,
Paul has managed many national and global accounts such as American Family Insurance, Cannon Cochran Management Services CCMSI) and CW Capital among others.
Working in partnership with his clients, Paul applies a strategic approach to defining his clients’ optimal decision-making framework. He has a proven track record of reducing operating costs and aligning real estate strategies, typically resulting in excess of 20% savings from status quo. His objective in all instances is to help his clients align their real estate with their business strategies and improve their bottom line.
