Experience
Pat leads business development efforts for the Banking and Financial Services Practice Group and the Law Firm Practice Group from JLL’s headquarters in Chicago, Illinois. Pat works alongside Bill Rogers and Jeff Liljeberg who have represented many of Chicago’s largest and most prestigious firms including 10 of the 25 largest Chicago law firms and 8 of the city’s largest banks.
Pat helps companies manage their corporate real estate portfolios by leveraging JLL’s technology platform and deep bench of expertise to deliver best in-class real estate advisory services. In addition to his on the ground approach to developing market intelligence, Pat also believes in the power of technology and has become an expert at identifying and implementing “JLL Technologies” tools to the benefit of his clients and prospects.
Before joining JLL in 2019, Pat worked as a financial analyst with a team of brokers at Cushman & Wakefield where he analyzed the cost impact of renewing, restructuring, relocating, and purchasing facilities for companies locally and nationally.
Above all else, Pat believes that successful client relationships are still built on strong communication and relentless attention to detail.
Pat enjoys playing golf, skiing, and spending time with his family and friends.
