Description
Patrick Higgins serves as Director of the Capital Markets Group in Philadelphia, specializing in retail investment sales throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast, with a focus on the Philadelphia Market. In addition to property sales, Patrick has participated in several complex transaction including portfolio sales, sale/leasebacks, partial interest sales and recapitalizations.
Over the course of his career, Patrick has participated in over $4.1B in transactions. Prior to joining JLL in 2019, Patrick was a Financial Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Duquesne University and his MBA from Villanova University.
