Current responsibilities
Patrick Adams serves as Director under the National Industrial Sector Lead for JLL Value and Risk Advisory in the United States. In this role, he assists in driving growth, enhancing the customer experience, and providing value to clients. The JLL Industrial Sector for Value and Risk Advisory conducts assignments across a broad spectrum of property types, including manufacturing, warehouse/distribution centers, cold storage, food/beverage processing facilities, truck terminals, R&D and life science, industrial yards, business parks, and airport-related facilities.

Before joining JLL, Mr. Adams was Senior Associate at Bowery Valuation. Before joining Bowery Valuation, Mr. Adams was Senior Analyst at Comerica Bank.
