Pat’s diverse career in commercial real estate spans three decades. He has worked with companies navigating large and small lease agreements, helped investors buy investment property, development land for retail and multi-family use and office buildings for corporate headquarters.
Pat is a Vice President in JLL’s Louisville office. Pat came to JLL during the acquisition of the Harry K. Moore Co., and works closely with clients needing solutions to their office space needs.
Pat entered the business world with an accounting degree from the University of Kentucky, and decided to pursue real estate after he found his understanding of the numbers of complex transactions would be a great benefit to his clients presenting the financial side of the transactions in a clear and precise manner. Pat earned his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 1995. He is a former President of the Kentucky CCIM Chapter, a current CCIM Kentucky chapter member and a former board member of the Louisville Board of Realtors.
Pat was named the KCREA Office Broker of the Year in 2018 and a CoStar Power Broker in 2014, 2016 and 2017.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing tennis and fishing.
