Current responsibilities
Pat Pendergast is a Managing Director at JLL in Seattle focusing on providing tenant representation services to some of the largest high-tech, healthcare and professional tenants in the Puget Sound. He prides himself in using his extensive market knowledge and connections within the brokerage community to turn roadblocks into opportunities for his clients.
Experience
Pat’s real estate career began in 1991 at CB Commercial Real Estate (now CBRE) where he quickly rose in the ranks as an industry leader in tenant advisory. In 1997, he was a founding member of Washington Partners, a boutique tenant representation agency well known for their unsurpassed level of commitment to their clients.
Washington Partners was acquired by JLL in 2016, where Pat utilizes all of the resources at hand on behalf of his clients.
Outside of the office, Pat enjoys spending with his wife and two daughters, playing tennis and enjoying the great outdoors.
