C. Patrick McDowell, Executive Vice President at the Jones Lang LaSalle Fort Worth Texas office provides tenant representation and corporate services to a variety of clients. Mr. McDowell's areas of specialty include representing office tenants, site selection, and land disposition. Mr. McDowell's true strength comes from his commercial appraisal background which allows his experience and creativity to maximize his client's goals and objectives. Pat has successfully handled over 4,000,000 square feet totaling $1 billion in lease transactions and over $400 million in sales transactions.

Mr. McDowell has over 35 years of experience acquiring extensive experiences with major corporations & companies to service their estate needs locally as well as nationally by implementing a strategic plan that utilizes JLL business lines & transaction services to reduce costs & increase efficiency.

Mr. McDowell earned a bachelor of business administration from The University of Oregon with a major in real estate and finance.
Affiliations
Mr. McDowell is a past member of Counselor of Real Estate, (CRE), where he also served on the Dallas/Fort Worth board as President in 2004. In addition, Mr. McDowell is a past member of the Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter Certified Commercial Investment (CCIM), National Association of Realtors. Mr. McDowell is currently a Director of Sportsmen's Club of Fort Worth; a board member of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce and a board member of Goodwill Industries.
