Executive Vice President
Patrick Arnold is a Senior Vice President of JLL’s national Retail Advisory Services Group. Patrick assists retailers with site selection, lease and build-to-suit negotiation throughout the Southeast.
In addition to representing retail tenants, Patrick provides leasing and marketing expertise for the owners of shopping centers. His retail leasing experience includes small, grocery-anchored community centers, shadow-anchored retail developments next to regional malls, big-box developments, and urban specialty retail.
Patrick has built a significant record of achievement in providing comprehensive real estate and consulting services to users and owners of real estate. His clients include retailers such as Total Wine & More, Panera Bread, Van Michael Salon, Caliber Collision, Thrive Coffee and Pep Boys, among others.
Experience and Accomplishments
Patrick has over 21 years of retail real estate experience. Patrick was a Principal with Avison Young for eight years, Senior Vice President with Transwestern for three years, and a Senior Vice President with Staubach Retail Services for 10 years (1998-2008). Prior to that, he worked with JPI Properties, a multifamily real estate developer.
Education and Affiliations
Patrick is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Commercial Board of Realtors. During his 10 years at Staubach Retail Services, he was honored with both “Top Producer” and “Most Valuable Player” designations. The Commercial Board of Realtors has acknowledged him as a Top 10 Retail Broker every year since 2007.
