Global Director, Data and Analytics
As Global Director, Data and Analytics for JLL Research, Pamela is responsible for developing the organizational design and strategic priorities for a team of data, data science and data visualization specialists. Pamela works closely with JLLT, JLL Business Services and the Business Excellence and Transformation team to achieve established objectives. Building on the global Research unification, Pamela is focused on developing a global platform to elevate the Research data and analytics function. Pamela also oversees the Americas region data, BI and GIS hubs which provide consistent service delivery and continuous innovation. Pamela sits on the Global Research Executive Board as well as the Americas Research Management Team.
Prior to joining JLL, Pamela spent 15 years with CBRE Research first leading the New York tri-state region Research team where she was also responsible for continued development of the region’s property data management solution. Pamela developed several analytic and digital workflow solutions and, in addition to Research, oversaw the New York tri-state application development and IT teams. She moved on to oversee Research operations for the eastern and central divisions of the US, established a thought leadership team and served as the US Office sector lead. Pamela authored several CRE white papers as well as regular quarterly insights. Pamela expanded into a global role as Senior Vice President, Global Research Market Intelligence responsible for Research’s global data strategy and application development. As part of the role, she oversaw the Econometric Advisors data science and programming team in Boston.
Education and affiliations
Pamela holds a BA in government from Skidmore College and an MBA from Fordham University. She has completed certificate programs at Harvard Business School in competing on data and analytics and MIT in data science for commercial real estate.
Pamela is an avid golfer and enjoys travelling.
