Paco is a driven leasing expert with demonstrated experience and success in the retail sector that includes an extraordinary track record of increasing revenues and serving clients. Paco provides strategic oversight and execution of leasing initiatives for retail properties to help clients achieve their investment objectives. He also serves as a trusted advisor to major Fortune 500 companies, guiding their strategic entry into the U.S. market. He is an entrepreneurial thinker, team player, and action-oriented professional with over 13 years of experience in commercial real estate, sales and marketing.
Experience:
Paco’s experience with JLL has included managing properties, driving higher net operating income (NOI), maintaining relevance in the retail landscape, and building relationships with entrepreneurs to grow their business within shopping center. Prior to joining JLL, he worked as a Creative Director and COO at Digital Work Studios, a media production company, for 8 years. Paco was also an on-air producer at Simmons Media Group and a music director / on-air personality at BMP Radio.
