His track record includes successfully leading over 50 projects, seamlessly managing them from due diligence to preconstruction, design, and construction. In addition, Owen has played a vital role in supporting brokerage efforts in the San Francisco market, utilizing his exceptional budgeting, scheduling, and scoping skills.
Education and Affiliations:
Owen's journey in the real estate industry started at Michigan State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. After graduating, he gained valuable experience working with multiple general contractors in the aviation space, contributing to the development of terminals in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York City.
Outside of the office, Owen embraces an active lifestyle, frequently engaging in outdoor activities like boating, hiking, and traveling. He also enjoys spending time in his backyard with his dogs and wife Megan.
