Current Responsibilities
Nina is the JLL Global Account Director responsible for Workplace Strategy, Portfolio Management, Facilities Management, OP, Finance and Strategic Project delivery at RBC. She specializes in transformational and collaborative client partnerships that bring to life best-in-class workplace practices, develop engaged and passionate top talent teams, and co-creates focused real estate strategies that align with her client’s goals.
Experience
Prior to her current role, Nina was JLL’s Work Dynamics Account Director for City National Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), overseeing the entire bank’s portfolio services for Facility Management, Project Management, Occupancy Planning, Lease Administration and CRE Finance. Nina was instrumental in facilitating service line integration strategies between the JLL RBC and CNB teams in an effort to drive cost and operational efficiencies while mitigating risk.
Prior to her role with CNB, Nina was the West Regional IFM Director. In this role, Nina ensured our clients benefit from JLL’s next-generation solutions, compliance measures, innovations, workplace strategies and cross-functional collaboration with Transactions, Brokerage, Lease Administration, OP, PDS and other Global Business Lines. Nina closely partnered will Account Leadership, Business Line Leaders and Clients to implement effective technologies, resulting in reliable data that enables CRE stakeholder collaboration and informed decision-making. As a highly collaborative, results-oriented leader, Nina has deep experience in attracting, building and transforming top-talent teams using proven skill evaluation methods to maximize performance.
Prior to her IFM Director role, Nina was the Account Director at the Google Headquarters in Silicon Valley. She led a team of highly strategic and talented OP, CAD/CAFM and MAC professionals, supporting high-volume utilization and headcount movement across 13M square feet for over 45,000 Googlers. Along with her team, she delivered precision space utilization through JLL’s OP and MAC platforms by partnering with Google’s CRE, facilities and portfolio management leaders and helped them manage their rapid occupancy growth and demand.
Prior to leading the Google HQ Team, Nina was the Account Lead for McDonald’s Corporation. She partnered with and drove focused strategy with the CRE Team while overseeing Global Corporate Facilities, Strategic Occupancy Planning/MAC, Project and Transaction Management Services. She also worked closely with the JLL PDS team in Japan to deliver McDonald’s Tokyo HQ refresh solution. She led a highly-talented team of JLL professionals delivering industry-defining innovation and increased value to McDonald’s, including the Global HQ relocation project from Oak Brook to Downtown Chicago.
Education and Affiliations
Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology - University of California, Santa Barbara. She has completed the LEAD course with Women Unlimited, Inc. and is certified in Change Management from the HAAS School of Business at UC Berkeley.
