Current Responsibilities:
Nicole Winters is a Executive Vice President specializing in tenant representation for both office and industrial clients in the San Diego market. She is responsible for managing corporate real estate portfolios by monitoring critical dates, rental increases and operating expenses. She handles the delivery of financial analysis, lease reviews and project management services to the client. Nicole also represents clients through strategic planning, site location and space location services.
Experience:
Prior to joining JLL, Nicole worked at Cushman and Wakefield, where she began her career in real estate. Nicole has extensive experience in client service, which she gained while a Senior Executive Wine Consultant to more than 300 clients around the United States.
