Current responsibilities
Nicole Tiger is a Manager Director in JLL’s Nashville office. She currently serves as an account director for several national corporate services accounts. In this role, Nicole is responsible for the day-to-day management, seamless service delivery and client relationship management for these clients that require strategic portfolio planning, transaction execution and account management services. Additionally, she has been instrumental in implementing additional JLL service lines that enabled them to achieve tremendous savings and increase efficiencies.
Experience
Nicole joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 2011 as Senior Vice President and is now Managing Director of Brokerage. She has more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Nicole has been involved on both a national and international basis on multiple accounts, performing day-to-day transaction management for a variety of industry- leading corporate global clients. Her fields of expertise include all facets of tenant representation, including transaction management, portfolio oversight, lease negotiation and the acquisition/disposition of properties.
Nicole has successfully established many long-term customer relationships due to her hands-on approach towards clients. She maintains these relationships by providing her clients with impeccable service.
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Nicole was an integral member of one of Cushman & Wakefield’s leading brokerage teams, serving as the Account Director from 1997-2010.
Nicole was the recipient of Cushman & Wakefield’s Corporate Services Professional of the Year award in 1999 and 2003. Prior to joining C&W, she was an Associate at the Galbreath Company from 1994 to 1997.
Education and Affiliations
Ms. Tiger graduated Magna Cum Laude from Boston University with a BS in Business Administration. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in New York and Tennessee.
