Nicole Mihalka joined Jones Lang LaSalle’s Downtown Los Angeles office in 2012. Previously, she was a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield, and brings with her more than eighteen years of experience in tenant and landlord representation, with a focus on creative office and entertainment-industry related real estate. Prior to joining C&W, she was a Vice President at DAUM Commercial Real Estate.
Nicole prides herself in her proactive and creative marketing approach, responsiveness, persistence, and her excellent relationship with the brokerage community. A sampling of her client list includes Kilroy Realty Corporation, CIM Group, Clarion Partners and Gaw Capital. Nicole is also committed to non-profit efforts in the communities in which she transacts, and has worked tirelessly on their behalf.
Nicole graduated with Honors from the University of Maryland College Park. She served for many years as Chair of the Hollywood Economic Development Committee and is currently the Treasurer of the Board of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce. She is a Board Member of the Hollywood YMCA and also Chair of the Hermon Neighborhood Council. She was recently named one of L.A.’s Power Women in Real Estate by Bisnow, and is the lead of JLL’s Women’s Initiative Network (WIN).
