Current Responsibilities
Nicole Becker is an Associate within JLL’s Tenant Representation group. With 2 years of experience at Colliers, she has gained extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate markets in Chicago, portfolio strategy, and financial analytics for technology, legal, and financial companies. In 2023, she joined JLL to continue providing her clients with excellent service through all JLL’s resources.
Nicole specializes in driving savings and increasing flexibility through lease negotiations, market knowledge, location advisory, and the support of JLL's resources. She is dedicated to helping her clients make informed real estate decisions that align with their business goals and vision.
She earned her BBA degree from the University of Wisconsin, double majoring in finance and real estate. Outside of JLL, Nicole loves group fitness, cooking, and traveling the world. She lives in Lincoln Park and enjoys any and all dog interactions partaking in Oz Park.
