Based in Chicago at JLL Headquarters, Nicki is a leading retail real estate expert in North America with over 30 years of experience. In her role, she provides full-service real estate consulting to global brands and national retailers which includes retail concept presentation, strategy development and implementation, site selection analytics and portfolio optimization.
Experience
Prior to her position at JLL, Nicki was a partner at GCD Consultants for 22 years and orchestrated the real estate strategy for some of the most valuable global brands from Coach, Microsoft, Nike, Tory Burch, and Tiffany & Co. Nicki and GCD guided the retail real estate expansion efforts across the United States and Canada opening core retail stores and flagship locations from Honolulu to Los Angeles, Vancouver to Toronto and Dallas to New York City.

Education and affiliations
Nicki earned her MBA in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and her undergraduate degree from Boston College. She’s a guest lecturer at the University of Southern California, has served as a mentor for the Tory Burch Foundation in New York City, is a board member for the First Tee Organization in Chicago and an active member of ICSC.
