Nick Steitz is an IndustrialReal Estate specialistin the Denver Metroarea and providesbrokerage and consultingservices to owners, tenants, and developers of industrialproperties. Nick has teamed with Mitch Zatz, Carmon Hicks and Jason White, where he focuses on the I-70/Eastand Northeast submarkets.
Nick brings a sense of urgency to every clientengagement. His real estateknowledge coupled with relentless follow through, superior communicationand seamless service delivery, ensures his clients make real estate decisionsthat enhance value, reduce cost, and manage risk.
Experience:
Prior to joining JLL in May of 2016, Nick worked at CBRE as a member of the Industrial & Logistics Services Group in Denver, CO, where he completed in excess of 50 transactions totaling over 775,000 square feet,including land sales, for a deal consideration of over $21 million, since early 2013.
Prior to his career in real estate, he pursued a career as a professional athlete, playing three seasons in the National Football League with the WashingtonRedskins and the San Francisco 49ers, and one year in the Arena Football League with the Grand Rapids Rampage. Before playing professionally, Nick enjoyed a highly successful collegiate career at the University of Oregonwhere he helped lead the Ducks to two Pac-10 Championships, and twice earned All – Conference honors.
Education:
Nick earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oregon.
