A recognized industry expert representing corporate office users since 2003, Nick Sannelli has expertise pertaining to the acquisition, disposition and leasing of office properties, complimenting his practice representing tenants in location selection, lease, and purchase negotiations in the Philadelphia Suburbs.
His savvy is evidenced by his ability to apply both his client's location criteria and economic interest successfully, while his transaction history demonstrates his interest in becoming a strategic partner in his client's continued success. Recent tenant representation successes include the corporate headquarters expansion of AdminServer, Inc., headquarters relocation of L.F. Driscoll/StructureTone ; headquarters acquisition of The Middle States Commission on Colleges and Schools, regional relocation of CentiMark Corp., and regional relocation of Workday, Inc.
Some additional clients he has represented include companies such as Ameriprise Financial, AutoTrader.com, Cricket Communications, Main Line Health, Trend MLS and Philadelphia Orthopedic Group, Susquehanna International Group and Delta-T Group.
Mr. Sannelli has represented such major Landlords in the Philadelphia Suburban Market as Keystone Property Group, The Buccini Pollin Group, and O'Neill Properties Group. Recent landlord representation successes include securing the regional headquarters of Broadview Networks for 57,000 sq. ft., the headquarters of Kinetic in Conshohocken for 35,000 sq. ft., and the retention & expansion of Manko Gold Katcher & Fox for 22,000 sq. ft.
Education and affiliations
Mr. Sannelli earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Drexel University, where he was a member of the varsity men's lacrosse team. Mr. Sannelli also served as a UG Assistant Men's Lacrosse Coach during his senior year of Drexel's five year co – op curriculum. Nick supports the Debbie Pieri Angel Foundation (DPAF) and is also on the Board of Directors for the Drexel Men's Lacrosse Boosters.
