Nick is a Director in the Los Angeles office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than six years of experience in multi-housing real estate, including investment sales advisory, equity placement, and debt placement. His primary focus is representing private and institutional commercial real estate owners for the successful disposition of multi-housing assets in Greater Los Angeles. While at the firm, Nick has assisted in closing more than $3.2 billion in commercial real estate transactions.
Nick joined HFF’s Chicago office in May 2016 and subsequently relocated to the firm’s Los Angeles office in January 2018. Prior to formally joining the firm, he interned in the Chicago office during the summers of 2014 and 2015, while attending the University of Kentucky for a bachelor’s in finance and accounting.
