Responsibilities
Nick Carey is an Executive Vice President at JLL, specializing in representation
of commercial property owners and occupiers in the Orange County
marketplace. As an Executive Vice President, he is qualified to handle all facets
of real estate activity, from commercial property acquisition and disposition to
site selection, investment analysis and lease/purchase analysis.
Nick has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of
California, Los Angeles, where he was named to the Director’s Academic Honor
Roll four times from 2000-2003. He was a member of the UCLA football team
from 1999 2003, earning such honors as UCLA’s Prothro Award for Outstanding
Special Teams Player in 2003 and UCLA’s Charles Pike Memorial Award for
Outstanding Scout Team Player (Defense) in 2000.
Nick lives in San Clemente with his wife Danielle and two children, Cailyn and
Graham. He enjoys surfing in his free time.
