Current Responsibilities:
Nicholas Cobb has been a part of the South Florida JLL retail team since 2021. Nicholas works on the strategic development and execution of business development, leasing plans, and tenant roll-outs. Nicholas was born and raised in Miami and has a strong knowledge of the South Florida markets. He utilizes this knowledge to facilitate retailers looking to grow their business into South Florida.
Experience:
Before JLL, Nicholas worked as an analyst at Patton Real Estate, a brokerage firm in Coral Gables, focusing on both office and retail brokerage in South Florida. Nicholas focused both on business development and market research, while with Patton. Additionally, Nicholas worked for Centre-Line Real Estate Services with a focus on retail services for both tenants and landlords throughout South Florida. During his time at Tulane, Nicholas had internships with local Miami developers Terra Group and Florida East Coast Industries with a focus on construction management.
Education and Affiliations:
Nicholas has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from the A.B Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. He is a licensed salesperson in Florida.
