Nick has a strong background in commercial real estate, encompassing both brokerage and development. Graduating from the University of Iowa in 2020 where he studied business and was a member of the football team, he became a Hawkeye Letterwinner.
Following, he gained valuable experience, working on residential, industrial, and retail projects across the Des Moines Metro. He then completed a master’s degree in real estate development at Arizona State University, where Nick expanded his real estate experience and forged new connections. He was awarded the WP Carey School of Business Dean's Medalist honor and is a member of the MRED Alumni Board.
Outside of professional pursuits, Nick enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid car enthusiast. Nick is dedicated to being the best and providing exceptional service to his clients.
He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
