Current responsibilities:
June 2023, Neal Sadler joined JLL as Vice President specializing in the retail division of JLL’s Norfolk, VA branch. Neal’s cornerstone contribution to JLL will be to establish his office as a significant contender in the Hampton Roads retail sector in conjunction with a hybridized industrial crossover. Using a targeted growth strategy, Neal will seek to provide a unique service for landlords, managing members, add-value investors, and retailers through the utilization of life-long local geographical knowledge and boundless deep-rooted relationships.
Experience:
With over thirteen years of commercial retail experience, Neal has leased or managed over forty-five grocery anchored shopping centers throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. His tenant representation history spans from local mom & pops to internationally recognized retailers. Neal’s favorite agreement to bring to fruition reflects the creation of and representation for the acquisition or sale of an income producing asset.
