Current Responsibilities
Nathan Hale supports our Work Dynamics platform and has over 17 years’ experience in commercial portfolio and asset management with a specialty in occupier advisory services. He has supervised over $1 billion in real estate transactions across all geographies and asset classes. He currently leads the global IPS strategic direction and service delivery for a leading market research firm and has contributed to increased client satisfaction and productivity targets.
Experience
Prior to his current role Nathan led the Americas TM strategy for a Global 500 technology company. Before joining JLL, he had P&L supervision of over 20 portfolio accounts where he was charged with leading a team of account managers to build client relationships, develop business opportunities and implement strategies for a diverse group of corporate occupiers. Over his career he has worked with clients to build solutions to meet current and future business needs. Nathan has expert people and project leadership skills with a proven track record for flawless execution.
Education and Affiliations
Nathan holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business as well as Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), CoreNet Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR), Society of Industrial and Office Realtor (SIOR) and JLL’s Portfolio Manager Certification (PMC) designations which are highly regarded for education, ethics, experience and excellence in the commercial real estate industry globally.
He actively supports his community through contributions to Friends of Lakewood, Jonathan's Place, Children's Hospital, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Cox School of Business.
