Natalie's experience in real estate began in 2020 during her time as a real estate reporter at Crain's New York Business where she covered the industry's evolution through the pandemic, its most active players, biggest deals and most contentious laws. Her reporting has also been referenced on NY1, the New York Times, The Real Deal and the Commercial Observer. In 2023, she pivoted into commercial brokerage and joined a team at Compass specializing in investment sales. She has worked with a diverse range of clients including housing developers, hoteliers and retail investors.
As part of the Nonprofit, Education and Government practice at JLL, Natalie uses her skills to solve problems with creativity and thorough analysis for the team's clients. Her expertise in data-driven decision-making and her ability to spot emerging trends set her apart in a competitive field.
With thoughtful preparation and meticulous execution, the team supports clients through every phase of a real estate project – strategic planning, demographic analysis, labor analytics, zoning analysis, site selection, financial analysis, negation and closing.
