Current responsibilities:
Natalie is an accomplished industrial real estate broker, specializing in establishing and overseeing both local and national corporate relationships. She excels in assisting clients with diverse needs, ranging from individual transactions to comprehensive portfolio management, encompassing site selection, negotiating sales and leases, and conducting thorough market analysis.
Renowned for her strategic advisory role, Natalie actively advises businesses operating in various industries, including distribution, logistics, retail/ecommerce, and manufacturing. She plays a key role within the Supply Chain and Logistics Team, as well as the 3PL Practice Group, leveraging her extensive network within JLL's global platform to provide exceptional service to her clients.
Experience:
Before joining JLL, Natalie served as a Studio Operations Manager at Warner Bros in Los Angeles, where she successfully managed a wide array of feature films, television shows, and daily studio operations. Her responsibilities encompassed overseeing the logistics of over 30 productions, as well as negotiating publicity and special events on behalf of the renowned entertainment company.
Education and affiliations:
Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Television Production from Ithaca College. In addition, she is an active member of prestigious industry organizations such as the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and NAIOP Charlotte. She is also a licensed real estate professional in both North Carolina and South Carolina.
