Current responsibilities
As a Regional Specialty Leasing Manager, Nancy oversees a variety of retail assets from California to New York. Nancy directly works with the Specialty Leasing Managers to develop and implement a specialty program that meets the client's revenue and occupancy goals for the property. As the Regional Manager, she also identifies areas of improvement, applies JLL Standards of Excellence, collaborates across business lines and implements strategies as developed in personalized business plans for each program. Nancy promotes innovation and teamwork within and outside of her group by giving both group and one on one development time with each of her teams.
Experience
Prior to JLL, Nancy was with Starwood Retail Partners for 5 years in the role of Regional Director, where she was point person for two company curated projects of which one was launched at several properties. With 25 years of total shopping center industry experience, she brings an extensive background of experience to any property. Nancy had previously worked for several large developers and her experience included roles like Security Guard, Management Admin, Permanent Leasing Manager, Property Manager, Kiosk Leasing Representative, Specialty Leasing Manager and Regional Director, giving her a multi-faceted perspectives at property management. The majority of her career has been dedicated to her passion in specialty leasing, and Nancy was ranked #1 permanent leasing producer in 2005 and continues to receive client recognition for meeting or exceeding client goals leading to multiple promotions.
