Current Responsibilities:
Nancy Myers leads JLL’s Financial Services Solutions Development team and provides strategic direction over sales and solution efforts for both prospective clients and the renewal and expansion of existing business. Her responsibilities include leading large cross-functional teams, client relationship management, contract negotiations, financial performance and proforma accountability, and ongoing relationship oversight and governance. Nancy has been recognized by clients and her teams for strategic relationship management, creativity, flexibility, and mentoring talent.
Nancy is active in JLL’s Business Resource Groups, particularly the Women’s Business Network and advocate programs. She has been featured numerous times as a speaker and panelist in career development and innovation, along with teaching several training programs on innovation and sales excellence.
Experience:
Prior to her current role, Nancy worked in various capacities across JLL’s business spanning end-to-end service delivery. This includes working with numerous clients across various industries, but with a special passion for the financial services industry that began when she joined JLL working with one of the largest banks in the world. Her experience spans the entire real estate life cycle with specific areas of expertise in strategy, capital planning, technology, and facilities management.
Prior to joining JLL, Nancy was in marketing and business development in the financial services and real estate industries in the Southeast.
Education, Affiliations, & Achievements:
Nancy holds an MBA from Wake Forest University and a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She is a Six Sigma Green Belt, 4-time winner of JLL’s Da Vinci award for Innovation along with being recognized as one of Charlotte’s 25 Most Influential Women in Business (2016) Charlotte’s 40 Under 40 (2018). Nancy is active in both CoreNet and IFMA.
