Current Responsibilities:
Nancy Cantwell is a Vice President with JLL’s greater Philadelphia region. She specializes in Corporate Real Estate Consulting, Commercial Brokerage for both landlord and tenant representation, Mergers and Acquisitions and strategic planning.
Nancy arrives at JLL with over 25 years of real estate experience, most recently from Corporate Real Estate Consulting, Inc. which she formed in 2000 to provide outsourcing services. Nancy provided corporate real estate consulting and outsourcing resources to E.I. DuPont de Nemours and Company for assets located in the United States as well as consulting and staffing services to Chemours Company FC, LLC and Ashland Chemical (f/k/a Hercules Incorporated) for assets located in the United States and Europe. She served as Project Manager to provide global real estate and business advisory services and solutions including: acquisition, divestiture, lease, donation or encumbrance of real property, and management of property for value enhancement and marketability.
Project support includes the analysis, evaluation and recommendations to business management regarding real estate strategies and solutions that achieve business units or overall corporate goals and objectives. Nancy would plan, manage, direct and effectuate all activities related to site selection, due diligence (including environmental considerations), property acquisition and disposition, and management of owned and leased properties from inception to completion. This experience includes supporting the manufacturing, warehouse, R&D, office and land needs of the businesses. In addition, Nancy has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions leading the real estate work stream for numerous transactions that include the sale, acquisition or merger of various DuPont and Ashland Chemical businesses.
Nancy was previously a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young, LLP/Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group in Philadelphia and provided real estate and management consulting services.
Education:
Nancy holds a B.A. from Northwestern University and completed the Master’s Degree in Corporate Real Estate (“MCR”) program from the International Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives. Nancy has been a Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent specializing in commercial transactions since 1990. Nancy is a member of the Committee of 100 and past Board of Director, and the Delaware Commercial Industrial Realty Council (CIRC) and past Treasurer. Nancy has been a volunteer for Meals on Wheels in Delaware since 2007.
