Current responsibilities
Monica Jones serves as an Associate Director of JLL’s multi-housing valuation team in the Houston region. Monica specializes in the valuation of multi-housing assets, affordable housing, senior housing, student housing, and condominium developments. In this role, she is responsible for developing appraisals, inspections, providing client satisfaction, and coaching analysts.
Experience
Prior to JLL, Monica was an Appraiser at BBG, Inc. in the Houston office for 3.5 years. She obtained her Certified General Appraisal license in December 2022 and has been involved in assignments throughout the majority of the United States. Her experience had a primary emphasis on multifamily properties, but covered all real estate markets including land, industrial, residential and commercial properties, special-purpose, and a variety of other income producing assets.
Monica is a practicing affiliate with the Appraisal Institute, completing courses to obtain her MAI designation.
