Monica Enes is a Managing Director with JLL, specializing in landlord and tenant representation in Orange County. Prior to Orange County, Monica spent 20 years in Chicago real estate representing institutional and entrepreneurial owners and corporate clients. Monica is a creative dealmaker with a strong track record of repositioning buildings, increasing occupancy, and achieving the maximum return for her clients. Before joining JLL, Monica spent 5 years at Cushman & Wakefield specializing in corporate real estate services.

Monica holds a M.B.A. from Loyola University Chicago Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana.

She has also represented AT&T, CBS, Zurich Insurance, Motorola Mobility, MTV, United Airlines, and Wells Fargo in sublease dispositions ranging from 10,000 s.f. to 400,000 s.f.
