Current responsibilities
Being part of the International Capital team, Miyeon Lee is responsible for the distribution of the US listings to global investors and capital tracking functions. Being transferred to New York office in August 2019, she has been focusing on helping local teams on winning the sales mandates with her strong relationships with various investors. Also, she heavily concentrates on marketing new sales listings to global investors with her thorough knowledge on their investment appetite. She has strong track records of working with various business lines within the firm by introducing those to investors in needs.
Experiences
With over 16-year expertise in Korean real estate market, Miyeon has built her career in various teams from research, tenant representation to investment sales. Miyeon is well connected to all investor pool from institutional investors to private investors via numerous transactions in both domestic and overseas markets.
