Description
Mike Scott is an Associate in JLL’s North Florida Multifamily group with a focus on multifamily investment sales across all of Northern Florida and South Georgia.
Mike began his commercial real estate career in 2012 as a Financial Analyst with Charlotte, NC-based Capital Advisors and joined CBRE in 2014 as a Senior Production Analyst within the Debt and Structured Finance group. In this role, he was responsible for financial underwriting, packaging, and loan closings for a wide range of lenders inclusive of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, banks, life insurance companies, CMBS lenders, and debt funds. Prior to joining the Multifamily Investment Sales team in September 2022, Mike was involved in debt placements totaling over $1 billion.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Flagler College, an MBA from The University of North Florida, and a Florida real estate license.
