Current Responsibilities

Mike is a proven technology thought leader in the CRE industry with a passion for driving digital transformation. As Head of Technology Strategy & Client Solutions for Financial Services, he has dual accountability to both our Work Dynamics and JLL Technologies (JLLT) businesses and is charged with bringing a continual focus on innovation and technology strategy to enable our clients to achieve their boldest ambitions in the new age of work. In his current role, Mike leads a team of senior consultants, solution advisors, and account managers in cultivating business growth and driving superior client success. Mike’s broad business background and years of practice as a senior technology consultant in CRE gives him the expertise to link digital strategy to drive business outcomes and has made him instrumental in JLL’s digital transformation journey.

Experience

Mike joined JLL in 2017 as Managing Director of Work Dynamics Information Technology leading Strategic Business Partnerships and strategy development for the CIO. In 2019 to drive increased focus on technology strategy for our clients, Mike was named Head of JLL’s Global Technology Advisory Group. Prior to this, he was Senior Vice President of Global Corporate Services Technology at Bank of America. During his five years there, Mike led a team of Service Delivery, Architecture, and Development managers responsible for technology partnerships and delivery across all Global Corporate Services including Real Estate, Procurement, Enterprise Services and Corporate Security. Mike was responsible for technology business strategies, systems and services supporting the bank’s Corporate Services capabilities including its corporate Real Estate IWMS platform. In 2015, he was the Technology Executive accountable for the bank’s transformative outsourcing strategy where JLL became the RE technology platform service provider globally after a two-year transition from internally managed IWMS to JLL’s technology platform. Before Bank of America, Mike served twelve years as an Officer in the United States Navy where he was a Naval Aviator and Instructor Pilot.

Education and Certifications

Mike earned a Master of Engineering from Arizona State University specializing in Enterprise Systems Innovation & Management and an undergraduate degree in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Tech. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Black Belt, Mike has completed executive education in Risk Management, Project Management, and Organizational Performance.
