Current responsibilities
Mike Pietrowicz is a Vice President in the brokerage services division of JLL’s New Jersey office, where he advises investor and occupier clients focused primarily on the office sector. Mike is particularly focused on the Northern New Jersey and Hudson Waterfront markets. Mike leverages in-depth market knowledge and JLL’s platform to advise clients on real estate strategies.
Experience
Over the past 6 years at JLL, Mike has worked with investor clients such as: Argent Ventures, The Birch Group,
American Equity Partners, Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, Ivy Realty, Onyx Equities, Lord Fisher Capital, Hugo Neu, and Asana Partners.
Mike’s occupier client list includes: HSBC, Ernst & Young, FanDuel, Mitsubishi Corporation, Lonza, Komar Brands,
Bank of New York, Doka USA, TradeWeb, Roche, Schonfeld, AXQ Capital, and Outcomes Matter Innovations.
Prior to joining JLL in 2018, Mike served in a similar role at Transwestern for the earlier stage of his career.
Education and affiliations
Mike is a graduate of Monmouth University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
Mike currently resides in Jersey City, and likes to spend his free time playing golf, skiing, fishing, and traveling
