Mike is passionate about helping companies make comprehensive real estate decisions by leveraging each individual client’s operational and financial goals. He specializes in industrial leasing and sales, with an emphasis on landlord representation, property acquisition/disposition and investment analysis.
Over the past 10 years, Mike has worked as an industrial specialist with Westcore, both as the Director of Leasing (2013-2017) in Sacramento and as the Director of Acquisitions (2017-2022) in Los Angeles. Mike has completed 600+ leases totaling more than 15M SF, and has directly acquired $310M of industrial property totaling 2.3M SF.
Mike played baseball at both University of California, Los Angeles and the University of San Diego, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Business Administration. He enjoys skiing, golfing, fishing and anything outdoors. Mike is happiest when he gets to spend quality time with his family and friends, specifically his wife, Jackie, and new baby girl, Madison.
