Mike’s career in commercial real estate spans almost 4 decades. As a tenant representation specialist, he regularly advises clients on an array of real estate matters at both a regional and national level. He holds long-standing relationships with an intimate group of prominent large corporate users providing strategic advisory services, negotiating leases and has earned their repeat business by servicing all levels of corporate real estate needs; from single location to national headquarter assignments.
Mike joined JLL in 2007, bringing extensive transaction leadership where he played senior team leadership roles in tenant representation at Goldman Sachs and the Staubach Company. Recent client experience includes Manatt, Phelps & Phillips Los Angeles headquarters, Legalzoom’s headquarters, Air Lease Corporation’s headquarters, McKinsey and Company, Wood Smith Henning and Berman, Reyes Coke Cola and The Hearst Corporation.
Mike graduated from the University of Santa Clara with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He is an active member of the Los Angeles real estate community and sits on the Real Estate Advisory Board at Santa Clara University.
In his spare time, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife, family of 4 and 6 grandchildren, playing golf and enjoying the outdoors.
