Mike McKeever is an Executive Vice President in our downtown Los Angeles office specializing in Tenant Representation. Mike creates and implements strategic real estate plans for his clients. Mike’s expansive experience in real estate advances his ability to listen to his clients’ objectives and formulate a customized plan that utilizes the appropriate resources and services of the company platform.  He is skillful in producing results for his clients in the following areas: measuring and controlling total cost of occupancy, minimizing capital expenditures, increasing workplace efficiency, utilization and productivity, and implementing portfolio management tools.

Mike is a 17 year veteran in the commercial real estate industry, most recently with DTZ / UGL. Prior to that he was with Studley for six years and nine years in asset management at Texaco corporate real estate.
