Mike Malone is a Portland native with exceptional knowledge of the area and its real estate market. In his current role at JLL's Portland office, Mike uses his depth of experience to advise industrial occupiers, buyers, and sellers on the competitive industrial market. He focuses on leveraging multiple JLL technology platforms and service lines to create meaningful and lasting impressions on his clients.
His experience in Portland real estate ranges from the leasing of a 100,000 SF institutional retail portfolio to a successful lease up of a 90,000 SF repositioned downtown office building. He's taken his depth of experiences and connections and is now applying them to grow and strengthening the JLL Industrial Team as a Tenant Rep advisor.
A team player through and through, and focused on everything industrial, Mike is motivated to support his current list of clients with top tier real estate advisory services while also growing his business in a meaningful and impactful way.
While not in the office or engaging with the community, Mike enjoys all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer – whether running on trails with his dog Remy, riding his motorcycle through the backcountry, exploring new restaurants, or camping with his wife and friends.
