Description
Mike Klaskin is a Senior Director in the Chicago Office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas and specializes in affordable housing transactions. He joined JLL in 2024 and has 16 prior years of real estate investment sales and advisory experience.
Mike has been involved in multi-housing dispositions and acquisitions nationwide, with a focus on the Low Income Housing Tax Credit, HUD-subsidized and USDA/RD-subsidized affordable housing in the Midwest/Central US markets. He was previously a Senior Vice President at The LIHTC Group, where he co-led the Midwest and West US markets affordable housing investment sales team. Prior to that, he was part of the investment sales team at the Chicago office of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services.
