Current responsibilities
Mr. Dolan brings over 30 years of corporate business experience in the Atlanta marketplace to the market leading Atlanta Tenant Representation team at JLL.
He represents clients in facility and site acquisition/disposition in accordance with their business plans for office Real Estate with specialties in Mission Critical/Data Center Real Estate, for which he is the Southeast practice lead, and Contact Centers.
Through strategic planning, site selection, implementation, and leading contract negotiations and lease reviews, Mike drives costs out of transactions and saves his clients critical time. His well-developed technical knowledge of the real estate process and his past risk management experience give him a broad understanding of the important principles that must be incorporated into complex transactions for the ultimate protection of his clients.
Experience
Prior to the merger with JLL in 2008, Mr. Dolan was a Director with The Staubach Company for ten years serving clients in a similar capacity. Prior to TSC, Mike worked in the corporate benefits arena of the Insurance Industry.

Awards
Mr. Dolan was honored in 2009 as a Top Ten Producer by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the Atlanta Business Chronicle and in 2012 received The Phoenix Award.
Mike has consistently attained Top Achiever recognition with both The Staubach Company and JLL. He has been an active member of the JLL Data Center Solutions Practice Group for the past 13 years.

Affiliations
Professional affiliations include AFCOM, 7 x 24 and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. Additionally, he has been a speaker or panelist on the topic of Data Center Real Estate at several industry events and co-authored two recent articles on the Data Center Industry.
