Current Responsibilities:
Michelle is specializing in agency leasing, with a focus on downtown Seattle and surrounding submarkets. She is experienced in both office and life science leasing. Michelle has an innate understanding of her clients’ needs, with over a decade of experience working in-house for landlords. She spent eight years at Kilroy Realty Corporation, a publicly-traded REIT, where she was involved in the leasing of 2.6MM SF of their existing assets and development projects, including the leasing of 333 Dexter, a 600K+ SF speculative project. She has a foundation in marketing and a keen eye for detail. What excites her most is finding the value-add in a project. Prior to joining JLL, Michelle worked in Tenant representation at Kinzer Partners. This range of experience provides her clients with a unique perspective to the leasing strategy of their assets.
Michelle recently completed her Masters of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) at the University of Washington.
