Current responsibilities:
Michelle Stalzkowski is the Vice President- National Accounts, Specialty Leasing. Her overall responsibility is to manage and expand national accounts throughout the JLL managed portfolio. These accounts include seasonal, pop up, event, pay to play and other non-traditional revenue streams. Michelle continues to build relationships within the industry to ensure new and expanding concepts are represented within JLL.
Experience:
Michelle has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, in both specialty and permanent leasing. She has expertise in sales strategy, local, regional, and national-level specialty, and permanent leasing. Prior to joining JLL, Michelle was responsible for the permanent leasing activities for Cedarwood Development. She has spent most of her career leasing and executing Specialty Leasing programs for Starwood Retail and Westfield Group.

Michelle holds a bachelor's degree in business management from Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, OH.
